DISCLAIMER / RETURN POLICY:
Please note as of January 1, 2020 all refunds will be given less a additional 5% fee - we apologize in advance, all credit card processors do not refund the fees they charge us if a refund is issued. We have to pass this expense on to the customer. We highly suggest if you have changed your mind about a print and want something else (prior to order being processed), that you call us. So we can adjust your original order. If you go ahead and place a second order, rather than allowing us to adjust the original order, we will charge a 5% fee. This is to cover the cost that all credit card processors are charging.
Because of the methods used in manufacturing oilcloth, you will find variations such as squiggles, speckles, wrinkles & off register printing which is normal, inherent and may occur. This will not affect the quality & durability of the oilcloth and is not considered cause for return. Color lots may vary. Product is sold as is. All products are wipe clean with soapy sponge, not machine washable. No dryer, no iron. The color of fabric in the printed and web-based swatch catalog may vary from the actual fabric color depending on your printer and computer monitor. No returns on cut fabric. Our fabric is not a waxed fabric. Our fabric does not contain linseed oil. We accept returns and exchanges on unopened unused rolls of fabric. For rolls Please call us within 24 hours of receipt for RA/EX number. All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns accepted without this number. Any claim made for damaged product must include customer sending images of damage as well as original packaging, and no exceptions. Returns accepted on unopened, uncut rolls of fabric are subject to the following: 5% restocking fee, no refund on shipping, you pay return freight. On rolls that are shipped folded in a box, the restocking fee is 50%. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

Tablecloths are made to order. Allowance only for exchange on standard sizes. You pay return freight and exchange shipping. No returns on customs sizes.
Shipping: We are not responsible for USPS or UPS delivery times. We can assist in issues when overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day are requested via UPS and don't arrive, by providing necessary info to UPS for a claim that is made and initiate by you the customer. UPS ground delivery times vary by region etc., and there is no guarantee implied by us. Any time frame we suggest is an approximation. We suggest if you absolutely must have something by a specified date, you select one of the premium shipping options such as overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day air which UPS guarantees. We reserve the right to use shipping method different than selected by customer.
International Shipping: We are not responsible for delivery times. The customer is responsible for any and all duties or fees required by your country or government. It is your responsibility to pay the customs, duties, taxes etc required by your country. We are a US based company. We have no knowledge or information regarding specific government requirements for taxation, duties and fees outside of the USA. We do not refund orders returned to us due to bad address or for lack of paying any duties, customs or fees required by your government.
